Shipping Method
The shipping of our products depends on the destination country and is carried out via the following shipping providers:
Germany
Shipping is carried out as a Maxibrief Registered Mail (handover) via Deutsche Post.
This shipping method enables documented delivery to the recipient or an authorized person and includes shipment tracking.
European Union (EU), Switzerland, and United Kingdom
Shipping is carried out via DHL and includes shipment tracking.
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method if necessary to ensure safe and smooth delivery.

Other countries
Switzerland, United Kingdom
For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the following estimated shipping and delivery times apply:
Shipping preparation
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (on business days) after receipt of payment.
Germany
Delivery usually on the next business day after dispatch.
European Union (EU)
Delivery depends on the destination country, usually within a few business days.
Switzerland & United Kingdom
Delivery depends on customs clearance, usually within several business days.
The stated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Handover and Delivery
Delivery is made to the buyer or to an authorized recipient.
If delivery is not possible, the shipping provider may leave a notification and deposit the shipment at a post office or pickup location for collection.
Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect, and is returned to us, we will inform the buyer accordingly.
A reshipment will only take place after prior contact and the buyer’s explicit consent.
If non-delivery is the responsibility of the buyer, the buyer shall bear the costs of reshipping, even if the original shipment was free of charge.
Uncollected Shipments
If a shipment is deposited at a post office or pickup location after an unsuccessful delivery attempt and is not collected within the specified period, resulting in its return to us, this shall be deemed non-delivery attributable to the buyer.
After receiving the returned goods, we will contact the buyer to coordinate the next steps.
If a reshipment is agreed upon, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs incurred.
If the buyer declines reshipment and both parties instead agree on a refund of the purchase price, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and return costs incurred from the refund amount.
This does not apply in the case of a proper withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal policy, but only in cases of non-acceptance or non-collection attributable to the buyer.
