Hosting via Shopify

Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Canada.
Shopify processes personal data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Canada has an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Where data is transferred to other third countries (e.g. the USA), this transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

3. Contract Processing and Orders

As part of an order, we process the following personal data:

  • Name

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Email address

  • Payment information

The processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract, delivering the goods, and complying with legal obligations.

We use external payment service providers to process payments (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments).
